We take pride in creating unique, custom gift boxes that are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final.
If a gift is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will notify you via email. You will have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and a new shipping fee will be charged if you choose to have the gift re-shipped.
We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged due to shipping or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of items that occur after delivery, or for delays in delivery caused by factors outside of our control (such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays).
