Return & Refunds

We take pride in creating unique, custom gift boxes that are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. All orders are final.
 
If a gift is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will notify you via email. You will have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and a new shipping fee will be charged if you choose to have the gift re-shipped.
 
We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged due to shipping or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we’ll work with you to send a replacement item at no additional cost.
 
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of items that occur after delivery, or for delays in delivery caused by factors outside of our control (such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays).

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Please note that all orders must be placed before noon EST to meet our shipping timeline.

Yes, you can include a personalized message for your recipient when you order a gift box. During check out, you will be able to select a complimentary gift card out of multiple card design options to fit your occasion and you will be able to enter your message. Your message will be printed on your card selection and your card will be delivered together with your box.

Due to the custom nature of our gift boxes, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if an item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team and we’ll work with you to replace it.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on select items for delivery within the United States. To see if your item qualifies for free shipping, please check the product page or contact our customer service team.
 
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we offer standard shipping for a fee based on shipping location. Standard shipping generally delivers within 8 days, depending on your location. Please note that this timeline may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Be rest assured that we do our best to get your order delivered as fast as possible.
 
If you need your order to arrive faster, we offer expedited shipping options which include next day delivery and 2-day delivery. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
All orders must be placed before noon EST to meet our shipping timeline. Orders placed after noon EST may be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.
